After several months of auditioning candidates from all over the world, Les Arts Florissants has revealed the names of the 8 winners of the 11th edition of the Jardin des Voix, Les Arts Florissants’ academy for young singers—including Canadian mezzo soprano Georgia Burashko.

• 6 audition days in London, New York and Paris
• 8 winners of 6 different nationalities
In 2023, the Jardin des Voix will bring together these 8 winners around an exceptional new production: The Fairy Queen by Henry Purcell, directed and choreographed by Mourad Merzouki and under the musical direction of William Christie and Paul Agnew (alternately).
Mark your calendars!
• August 2023: Work residency in Thiré (Vendée, Pays de la Loire), at the heart of Les Arts Florissants artistic and cultural campus (the Artists’ Quarter)
• August 19 & 20, 2023: Performances of The Fairy Queen at the opening of the Festival Dans les Jardins de William Christie in Thiré
• Season 2023-24: International tour which will stop, among other places, on several stages in the Pays de la Loire region and at the Philharmonie de Paris
