For everyone who has to miss the performance of Carmina Burana in person, we offer a livestream of the concert on Saturday.

“Very few pieces have a presence like ‘Carmina Burana’, this power to reach people in the most direct way,” says Paavo Järvi, who is currently performing the work with us, the Zürcher Sängerknaben and the Zürcher Sing-Akademie: “Elemental and timeless”. Carl Orff has reduced this music to the absolute basis, a stroke of genius that goes straight to the ear and heart.
